Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a standard (non-custom) product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because each personalized item is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
* Your order number
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
* Be approved by our customer support before being shipped back.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error made by Epoxy Vibe.
