Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom-made products. You can choose the wood species, epoxy color, shape, size, and design to create a unique piece made just for you.
Can I add a name?
Yes. We offer professional laser engraving for names, initials, dates, logos, and personalized messages, making every product a meaningful and unforgettable gift.
Is the epoxy food-safe?
Yes. Once fully cured, the epoxy resin we use is food-safe and suitable for serving food. Every board is also finished with premium food-safe oil to protect the wood and maintain its natural beauty.
How long does production take?
Most custom orders are completed within 2–4 business days, depending on the design and current workload. We will keep you updated throughout the production process.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes. We ship our handcrafted products throughout Europe. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
How do I care for my epoxy board?
To keep your board looking its best:
* Wash by hand using warm water and mild soap.
* Do not place it in the dishwasher.
* Avoid prolonged soaking in water.
* Apply food-safe mineral oil periodically to nourish the wood and preserve its finish.
Can I see a preview before production?
